Amberley is a qualified remedial massage therapist and exercise sports scientist who is passionate about health and well-being. She has worked
alongside many physiotherapists and other health professionals for a number of years now to help treat those suffering from a whole range of muscular dysfunctions, pain and nerve issues.
Amberley’s interest in the health and fitness industry began from a young age after competing in 400m track running for 10 years, where she experienced many injuries herself. Amberley’s personal experience with injuries and the benefits of massage encouraged her to pursue massage therapy as a career. From here, Amberley studied her Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science in 2016, followed by her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2020.
Amberley specialises in deep tissue massage, myofascial release and sports massage but also enjoys providing a relaxation treatment. She has further training in myofascial cupping and also offers this treatment in clinic. She has a passionate approach to her work, helping her clients to relieve pain, relax the mind and body, and regain body functionality.
When not in clinic, Amberley can be found spending time with her family and friends, living an active lifestyle but most importantly giving lots of cuddles to her border collie dog named Nelly and her puppy Cossie.
