Better Posture Perth is a division of The Physio Nook, a physiotherapy, massage and rehabilitation company that has been servicing metropolitan Perth since 2003. The Physio Nook is owned and operated by husband and wife team Paul and Tracy Woodward, who between them have 50 years experience in diagnosing and treating all manners of musculoskeletal injuries.

In 2016, Paul saw the need for a more specialised posture service for his clients. He completed the NPI (USA) Certified Posture Specialist course and researched the best possible methods of accurately assessing posture and developed postural correction programs ranging from simple home exercises to more involved combinations of stretching, strengthening, physiotherapy techniques and equipment to optimise his clients' posture and function. This service is now based at the Doubleview clinic of The Physio Nook.
