Coronavirus information-The Physio Nook
With changes regarding Coronavirus, or COVID-19, we would like to reassure our clients that we remain open for business, as recommended by Federal & State government guidelines, and ready to help you as ever, with any injuries, aches or pains you may have.
However -
- If you have been overseas or interstate within the last 14 days;
- If you have had a positive test for Coronavirus within the past 14 days;
- If you are experiencing a fever, sore throat, coughing or shortness of breath; or
- If you may have come into contact with anyone affected by Coronavirus;
Please contact us before you come into the clinic and we will be happy to discuss your situation and reschedule your appointment.
When you come in to our clinics -
- you must wear a face mask;
- you must register your attendance, either on the SafeWA app or in our manual register at reception; and
- you must sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided at reception.
Steps we are taking here to keep you safe -
- all staff and clients are required to wear face masks while in the clinics;
- cleaning regular touch-points frequently each day;
- wiping down treatment couches between every client;
- offering hand sanitizer at our front desks;
- washing & sanitizing our hands thoroughly between every treatment.
Together we can help STOP THE SPREAD.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
